OUR PRINCIPALS   Polina Tsikman, CPA    Polina provides services to investment partnerships, hedge funds, offshore funds, private equity funds, investment advisers and high net worth individuals. Her concentration in financial services comes with years of experience. She worked as Chief Financial Officer at a Los Angeles based hedge fund and at a national CPA firm - Rothstein Kass, where she was in charge of audits and regulatory reporting for financial industry clients as well as for high net worth individuals.     Ms. Tsikman holds Master Degree in Management Information Systems and is a member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants.   Lara Goldberg, CPA   Lara specializes in the securities industry and has extensive experience consulting with hedge funds and fund of funds.  She works with funds and investment advisors where she consults on organizational structure and provides ongoing advice to management regarding many diverse operational and  fund  accounting matters.    Lara joined Rothstein Kass in August of 1999. As a member of Rothstein Kass, she continued to develop her leadership skills as well as her accounting knowledge specific to the financial industry.  Lara took on challenging client responsibilities with great success.  By 2002, she was leading back office department in Beverly Hills office, managing and training staff and overseeing work for over seventy funds.  In 2005, back office division of Rothstein Kass was sold to BISYS Group, Inc., and Lara stayed with BISYS until the Beverly Hills office was closed. In her capacity as a manager at Rothstein Kass and at BISYS, Lara was challenged to lead the team of portfolio accountants in servicing the clients and at the same time develop and implement the procedures necessary to archive the highest quality of work.  As a manager, she was in charge of coordinating work between various departments for her clients, such as portfolio accounting, cash management, investor relationship, tax department and auditors.  Lara's clients included funds from under a $1 million in assets under management to over $1 billion in assets under management, and included number of the larger funds from Southern California. Her experience and commitment to the best service and the highest quality of work, Lara now brings to her clients at BGT Fund Administration.  Ms. Goldberg is a graduate of CaliforniaStateUniversity Northridge with a BA in Accounting.  Her professional organization affiliations include the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.        Our Firm     Our Services     Questionnaire     Contact Us     Client Login
